The Kalimera Family Club is a weekly subscription service offering rotating Mediterranean dinners prepared outside the regular restaurant menu. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Family Club deliveries are made on Sundays or Mondays to addresses within our Santa Rosa delivery area. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, a re-delivery fee may apply.
You may cancel your Family Club subscription at any time. Cancellations made before the weekly cutoff will take effect for the upcoming cycle. Charges already processed for a current delivery cycle are non-refundable unless the order was not fulfilled due to our error. For questions about refunds, please contact us directly.
Kalimera Bar & Grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or subscription cycle in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
