Kalimera · καλημέρα

Good morning, in Greek.

Kalimera means “good morning” in Greek, and the name is the idea: a warm start and a generous table. Chef Ilyas Kara’s kitchen cooks Greek, Turkish and wider Mediterranean dishes. These are the Greek ones, from saganaki to spanakopita.
